Delivery is completed digitally via email, shared files, or installation on the client’s hosting environment.
Delays caused by incomplete client information or late approvals are not our responsibility.
Clients receive 1 free revisions as part of their service package.
Additional revisions beyond these may require extra payment.
Revision requests that contradict the original scope may be considered new work.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for the project
Respond promptly to communication
Supply required content, materials, or passwords when requested
Ensure that submitted content does not violate copyright laws or third-party rights
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client information.
All custom designs, graphics, and digital content created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership rights of the delivered final product transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
We are not liable for:
Issues resulting from third-party plugins, hosting services, or external tools
Client modifications after delivery
Misuse or unintended use of digital files
Technical issues beyond our control (server outages, plugin conflicts, etc.)
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
