1. Delivery Method

All services and digital products are delivered electronically.
Depending on the project, delivery may include:

  • Email delivery

  • Downloadable digital files

  • Installation on the client’s hosting/server

  • Shared access via cloud storage

No physical shipping is involved.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the service, typically between 1–10 business days after receiving all necessary information from the client.

Delays may occur if:

  • Required content is missing

  • Client responses or approvals are delayed

  • Technical issues arise on the client’s hosting/server

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide accurate project details

  • Submit required content (texts, images, passwords, etc.)

  • Respond promptly to communication and approval requests

4. Completion of Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • The final digital product has been sent, or

  • The website has been installed on the client’s hosting, or

  • Access to deliverables has been provided online

Once delivery is completed, the service becomes non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
