1. General Information

This page outlines the refund and cancellation policy for the web design, development, and digital services provided by Rumeysa Elif Çakır. All services are delivered digitally and are created customized for each client, based on their specific needs and requests.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours after payment, only if no work has begun on the project.

  • If any part of the project has started (such as design preparation, digital file creation, domain/hosting setup, or custom implementation), cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If the cancellation request is accepted, the full payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and custom design services, refunds are not available once:

  • Any part of the design has been delivered,

  • Drafts, files, or previews have been shared,

  • Hosting or domain setup has started,

  • More than 15% of the project has been completed,

  • Any custom content, graphics, or code has been produced.

All sales become final and non-refundable once digital work has begun or any deliverable has been provided.

4. Revision Rights

  • Clients are entitled to 1 free revisions as part of their purchased service package.

  • Any additional revisions beyond these two may require an extra fee.

  • Revision requests may extend the project delivery time.

 

5. Delivery

  • Web design and digital services are typically delivered within 1–10 business days, depending on project complexity and client approval steps.

  • Delivery is completed digitally and/or by installation on the client’s hosting environment.

  • Technical support after delivery is provided based on the purchased service package.

6. Technical Issues

If a technical issue arises:

  • Problems caused by our design or development work will be fixed free of charge.

  • Issues resulting from third-party plugins, external services, hosting providers, or client-side changes may require additional support fees.
